Weeks out
The entry arrives complete.
Driver, car, days and disciplines, with the signed indemnity and an emergency contact on it, taken on your own site instead of chased on WhatsApp.
Kenro Digital · Track days and motorsport events
Entries, scrutineering, sessions, lap times and results, sponsors, vendors and the event gallery: everything a motorsport organiser juggles across five different tools, in one system with your own public entry site. Built to order for each organiser.
Start here: your event system
Your own entry site and the console behind it: entries and payment, race day, results, the gallery, sponsors and vendors. Set up for your event, under your name.
Quoted per organiser, in writing, before any work starts. No price is published.
The day, held together
A track day is not one motion. It is registered, paid, scrutineered, run in sessions, timed, certified and photographed, by different people, over one long day.
Weeks out
Driver, car, days and disciplines, with the signed indemnity and an emergency contact on it, taken on your own site instead of chased on WhatsApp.
At entry
Media packages, hotel nights and transport are ordered against the entrant, and each order keeps the price it was taken at.
Race morning
The scrutineering outcome and the tyre verdict, worked out against your event's own rule, sit on the entry, with a note the driver reads on their dashboard.
Through the day
Every session in the order it runs, with its start time and conditions. Live and published are separate switches, so the paddock never sees more than you have decided.
Every session
Each run with its elapsed time, marked clean or fouled with the reason, and the official sheet kept exactly as the timekeepers printed it.
After the flag
Position fills in from the published result. The PDF carries the driver, car, venue and date, gets its own serial, and goes to the entrant by email.
That week
Each frame is tagged to the entrants in it and lands on their dashboard to buy. Nothing reaches the public gallery until you approve it.
Running at Launch Control India. The supercar drag and track series at Buddh International Circuit takes its entries, publishes its timing sheets and keeps its entrant profiles on this system. Every published result comes straight from the official timing sheet.
